Registration Fees

All participants, including session chairs and speakers, must register for the workshop in full as per the categories and rates outlined below.

Participants can register for the in-person event or register for online participation via livestream. 
Please state the status of your participation in the registration form.

Participation onsite includes:

  • Admission to the entire scientific program of the Workshop (September 26-28, 2022)
  • Coffee breaks each day of the meeting (September 26-28, 2022)
  • Lunch (September, 26-28, 2022)
  • Workshop Dinner on September 27, 2022
  • Excursion on September 28, 2022
  • Workshop Package

*Student: Please note that during the registration process, students will be asked to send a proof of their status (for example, a valid student ID) as a method of verification.

Please note that in all cases hotel accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee!

Terms of Payment

The following means of payment are available:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa Card)
  • Pay Pal

Upon completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Please do not send any payments by bank transfer without quoting the invoice number and the participant’s name included in the payment details. Payments without the required reference information cannot be processed.

Your participation can be confirmed only when the registration fees have been paid in full.

Those participants whose participation fees have not been settled by the first day of the event will not be granted the entry.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by e-mail to iwgi22@dlr.de

Please refer to the following important deadlines for cancellation for the onsite participation:
• until 30 August 2022: 100% refund minus 50 Euro of the administration fee;
• after 30 August 2022: there will be no refund.

Please note refunds will be made after the IWGI2022 Workshop.

No refund is foreseen for the fees for the online participation.
